About the founder.
Jatoyia "Toyia" Armour is the creator and host of the Bariatric Paths Podcast. She is a bariatric patient, patient advocate, speaker, and the author of Roar at the Table. She is based in Atlanta.
After her own bariatric surgery changed her life, Toyia built Bariatric Paths to give others the community she needed. Her mission is simple: create a space where every weight loss patient feels supported, informed, and never alone.
