🥗 Recipe of the Week: Protein-Packed Chicken Avocado Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
- ½ ripe avocado, mashed
- 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
- Optional: chopped red onion or celery for crunch
Instructions:
Mix everything in a bowl. Serve in a lettuce wrap, with cucumber slices, or straight from the spoon. Super filling, super simple, and zero cook time if your chicken’s prepped ahead.
💪 Sample Workout Plan – 3 Days to Get Moving This Week
Day 1: Walk + Core
- 20–30 minute walk (outside or treadmill)
- 3 rounds: 15-second plank, 10 standing knee lifts, 10 slow crunches
Day 2: Upper Body Focus
- Wall push-ups x 10
- Shoulder rolls x 15

(Repeat circuit 2–3x depending on your level)
Day 3: Stretch + Steps
- 10-minute morning stretch (neck, arms, back, legs)
- Aim for 5,000–7,000 steps
- End the day with 5 deep breaths and a reminder: you’re doing great
