Exhibit booths opportunities are limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. However, Bariatric Paths reserves the exclusive right to assign exhibit space and allocate it based on any other criteria it deems appropriate for the event. If all exhibit space is sold out, any additional registrations received will be placed on a waiting list in the order in which they are received.

Cancellation:
Exhibitors who wish to cancel their assigned exhibit space at the Bariatrics Paths Conference must submit their cancellation request in writing. By cancelling their exhibit space, the exhibitor forfeits their access to the Bariatric Paths Conference as well as the use of the assigned exhibit space. Please note that there will be no refunds made for any sponsorship cancellation. Requests for cancellation of reserved exhibit space must be made in writing to Info@bariatricpaths.com. Refunds less a 15% administrative fee will be granted for requests received on or before September 1, 2025. After this date, refunds for reserved space will not be granted.
